Apple Chipgate?
Already have one of Apple's new iPhone 6s’s? Well, there may be a slight problem with how Apple is producing them. To produce the iPhone's, Apple sourced Samsung (a long time maker of Apple mobile processors) and a company called TSMC. Users have compared the two models with two different chips and find that while everyday use isn't far from each other, the Samsung chip suffers in the battery department. The tests show that the TSMC chip uses 10 to sometimes 25 percent less energy than the Samsung chip. Apple hasn't said anything, and we’re betting that Apple will released an update that optimizes the processor better. This video goes into an explanation of it in more detail and shows the process of finding out which chip your device has in it.
