A Look Back At the FNAF Series Part 4: The Movies

After almost 10 years, the FNAF series finally gets a movie. There is confirmed to be a trilogy, let's look at these movies.

FNAF 1 - 10/27/2023

The first FNAF movie follows Mike (don’t get him mixed up with Michael Afton) as he tries to

take care of his younger sister Abby. We find out that his brother was kidnapped by William Afton (supposedly). He takes his sister to the FNAF location and she befriends the animatronics. We also meet this woman named Vanessa (who we later find out is the daughter of William). She helps Mike make it through the nights at Freddy’s. On the last night we meet the man behind the madness. William Afton shows up with his knife and attacks Mike, Abby, and Vanessa. His springlocks go off, but he’s not dead…

FNAF 2 - 12/5/2025

In this second film, Abby wants Mike to fix the animatronics from the first movie, but he thinks their spirits have moved on. Abby won’t let it go. So, she goes to fix them herself, but she ends up at the original location NOT the one from the first movie. She meets the new

animatronics and wants to take Toy Chica to the science fair. However, Toy Chica cannot leave the building. The puppet is holding Vanessa captive and forces her to give the code to let the animatronics out.

The lockbox from FNAF 4 was left a mystery until now. Vanessa opens a familiar looking lockbox and removes kids’ toys. I’m honestly surprised no one mentioned that.

FNAF 3 - 10/2027?

Honestly not much is known about this movie so I’ll just make some predictions. I think that

Lefty is going to be introduced. In the games, Lefty was made to contain the puppet. This puppet is on a rampage in the movies. I think we’ll finally see the bite of ‘87. This movie could be rated R. This is because Springtrap’s design alone is gruesome enough to make the movie R.
