Freight House Farmers Market
The farmers' market is a popular local attraction that offers a variety of vendors selling food, baked goods, handmade items, and locally grown products. The farmers' market is always a success, making it a great place to spend a morning or afternoon during break.

Dave & Busters
A new and exciting addition to the area is the opening of Dave & Buster's. This is the perfect place to go with a group of friends during spring break. Not only does Dave & Buster's have an arcade with a wide variety of classic and newer interactive games, but they also have a restaurant. With food, drinks, and plenty of arcade games to keep you entertained, Dave & Buster's is a one-stop destination to spend a few hours with friends and family.

The Last Picture House
If you are a big movie fan, The Last Picture House is the place to be this spring break. They will be screening the annual Academy Awards on Sunday, March 15th. The event will celebrate Hollywood's biggest night of the year by showing the award ceremony live on the theater's big screen. Guests are encouraged to dress up, take photos, and make predictions on winners to claim prizes. With tickets at $10, you are granted permission to the theater and also provided with a free popcorn.

Soul Ties is a newer restaurant in our area, located downtown in Davenport. Offering something new and unique, Soul Ties focuses on comfort food inspired by traditional soul cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of homemade-style cooked dishes such as classic fried chicken, Cajun shrimp and grits, cornbread, and collard greens. With a 4.7 rating on Google reviews, Soul Ties is a great spot for those looking to try something new.

Makenna Koffee is a new cafe in Davenport. The cafe offers a variety of coffee, tea, energy drinks, and baked goods. Not only are the drinks delicious, but the environment is a great place to meet with friends, study, or simply take a break and enjoy a sweet treat.
We had phenomenal service, and the coffee was incredible. The place is cute, clean, and the staff was just exceptional and welcoming. Beyond that, they actually have a reward system that is worth caring about, and we will definitely be back!!! —Google Reviewer
