As we get further into our highschool careers or even reach the end and start preparing for college this is the most important time of our lives by far. Most north scott students take college classes on top of their grade assigned classes and still have Sports and after school activities. While we are lucky to have a school that offers so many opportunities it's not a secret to say that a lot of us are very busy, maybe even too much. 52% of students say that the lack of time to Play, Relax or be with friends is a major stressor in their lives. I know in a town as small as ours sometimes it can be hard but still do yourself a favor and give yourself a break on days that you're free.
Close To Home

We as lancers are more than lucky to have a YMCA so close to school for our swim team and for our aspiring athletes to have the opportunity to work out. But on cold Midwest days it's not a bad place to hide away from the snow, play basketball, work out or just see some friends.

Hungry? Eldridge has plenty of easy and quick places to grab a bite to eat and sit down with some friends. Head to the Mcdonalds, Subway or Hall of Fame for something quick and delicious. Or maybe Stop for a Coffee or Energy drink at Sips, Cody Road and The vault.
Hidden Gems

Looking to go somewhere you may have never been? Try heading to Maloney's for their Wednesday deal of Wings for less than a dollar each.

Like to thrift? 2 sisters has a wide collection and is run by an amazing staff.
Fun For The Whole Family

Looking for something to do with a group or maybe something family friendly? The skate park has open skate sessions every Friday from 6 to 10 and every Sunday from 1 to 4.

Or Spend the day jumping out some extra energy at the fun station.
